Trinity Bettendorf sets new record for births | News
Nearly 600 babies were born at Trinity in Bettendorf, Iowa, setting a new single-year record for the facility.
Construction of the BirthPlace at Trinity Bettendorf was completed in May 2011. There are seven delivery rooms, and new moms move to a secure area of the hospital used only by BirthPlace patients after they give birth.
Trinity Bettendorf had 101 deliveries the first year the hospital was open in 2004. In 2012, they recorded 593 births.
